So, That Victory Was Short Lived

Being down 7-1 in the 7th inning at St. Louis is called a Reality Check for all us Angelenos.

Then again, most "fans" didn't/don't know that the game is going on right now. Yet, they have tickets for game 3. I think that in order to sell you tickets for any playoff games, you must submit 5 ticket stubs of games that you have attended that year. Nothing will piss me off more than seeing the invasion of Ugg Boots and Ironic Shirts at Dodger Stadium this coming Saturday. Well, that and the Dodgers losing 3 straight to bow out of the Playoffs, like they've been known to do in the past. Atleast they still have their contract with KY Jelly. They'll make a killin' after the ass reaming the St. Louis hitters will give the Boys in Blue.

On a lighter note, we have an new addition to our family (temporarily).

My brother was going to work Sunday morning when he came across a nice little Kodak moment. Tied to a bus bench was a puppy, with a note taped on the bench that said, "I need a good home." The puppy was tied up with a metal leash, but atleast the PETA representative was kind enough to leave him a bowl of water and some food. This was at 8 am...

At 7 pm when my brother got back, the puppy was still there, shivering. So, he brought him home.

He was known as "dog" for the first night. We tried making him sleep in the basement because Snoop was NOT having it. Very territorial, thanks to my brother making him that way. After waking us up countless times, we finally moved him indoors, and separated the two dogs, just like North and South Korea. That worked, till the little fucker started jumping over the 2 and a half foot tall fence.

Anyhow, we named in "Lucky." He's well behaved and does tricks, and loves running to the back of the backyard and pissing on the pit bull that lives behind the fence. He is fascinated by him and will stay there all night if he gets the chance. Snoop is finally getting accustomed to him, but we are still actively searching for someone that can provide a good home for him. Pictures to come...
